    I earned my 200 & 300 hour certifications from Etowah Valley Yoga near Atlanta, GA.  I have viewed hundreds of hours of online yoga content/workshops from credible yoga instructors and accrediting bodies as well. 

    E-200RYT, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher - 200 hours of yoga teacher training + at least 1750 hours of teaching under my belt.

    RYT500 – 300 Additional hours of yoga teacher training

    YACEP – Additional hours of training, qualifying me to teach yoga teachers.

    I have been fortunate to study w/ multiple celebrated experts. I am committed to continue studying/learning a variety of yoga-related tools, wisdom, and practices.

    I am currently on track to earn a certification from the Chopra Center in Feb 2021, qualifying me to teach Primordial Sound Meditation.

    In addition, I have begun a Life Coaching certification program through Radiant Coaches, an IFC approved entity.  

    What you need for classes

    A safe, warm, private, comfortable location where you won’t be disturbed.

    Comfortable clothes you can move in. 

    Yoga Mat - 1/4” “sticky” or with enough “grip" so you don’t slide.

    Recommended for all Classes -  

    2 yoga blocks 

    1 yoga strap

    1 yoga blanket

    (all of which can be purchased at or Target)

    For Restorative Yoga Classes - 

    1 yoga bolster or 1-2 dense pillow(s)

    2 yoga blocks

    2 yoga blankets or equivalent

    (Household items can be used if you don’t have yoga props, e.g. full paper towel rolls can replace blocks.)
